Online Gambling Group in UK Considering Stock Market ListingCashcade, the UK based gambling group is reported by the London business press this week as getting ready to be listed in London with an initial public listing of GBP 100 million. This is to take place within the next year. The company however, is also considering possible buy-out offers. The possible buy-outs being considered include a possible deal with either IGT or 888. This has been presented by Michael Buckley, Cashcade's present CEO as an arrangement in which Cashcade would benefit from the synergistic effects. At the present time the company is owned in part by management, which holds 32 percent of the company. Management consists of founding partners Simon Collins and Patrick Southon. The company Cashcade Ltd is based in the UK and is an online gambling marketing company. The company owns Getminted.com online casino as well as the FoxyBingo.com bingo website. Online gambling services are being provided to a number of clients, which include Daily Mail (MailBingo.com), Trinity Mirror (MirrorBingo.com and MirrorCasino.com) along with others. WagerWorks software and games are employed by the Cashcades casinos and poker brands. Globalcom, which was recently acquired by 888.com is used for the bingo websites. In addition to all this the company Cashcade has developed its own gaming platform. This is powered by instant win games website GetmintedMax.com. There are other areas in the offing for development such as e-wallet functionality, and Mobile and Digital TV Games.
