Freedhoff Brings With Him Much Experience in Serving the Financial Community as well as CryptoCryptologic, the gambling software developer and turnkey provider which is based in Dublin, has announced that Stephen Freedhoff has been appointed to its board of directors. Freedhoff is well known to the company and previously served as the chairman of the audit committee. Both a chartered accountant as well as being a certified financial planner, Freedhoff brings in access of thirty years of business experience with him to be used by CryptoLogic's top management. Freedhoff spent most of his prior career at one of Canada’s largest accounting firms, where he was a partner. Brian Hadfield, after being appointed as president and CEO of CryptoLogic last week, will have his prior duties fulfilled in connection with the independent director position, by Freedhoff. CryptoLogic’s chairman, Bob Stikeman, has stated his belief that Freedhof will bring with him a great deal of insight as well as oversight to assist CryptoLogic in its pursuit of strategies for world growth.
