Italian Financial Guard Investigates Illegal GamblingEarly reports from Italy indicate that 56 people are being questioned by the Italian Financial Guard police in relation to illegal gambling activities. Police have recently busted the ring, which stretches over 20 centers. The system was identified despite its success in eluding the AAMS authorization system which is used for detecting gambling. A large amount of hardware has been seized from multiple centers. None of the 56 individuals currently being interviewed by police have been named as yet. Back to News Archive - October 2007 |
